client summary
From its earliest days, The Assisted Living House has been a symbol of the highest level of compassion and quality care for those in need. Today, it is an independent nonprofit organization comprised of two separate facilities housing three levels of care. The original location is a skilled nursing facility. The 10-year old Assisted Living facility and Memory Impairment Program is located close by. Both are managed by an outside company.
goals
The primary marketing challenge was to create a unique image or personality for each facility (different demographic target), one that included the quality of care, energetic residents and improved lifestyle for each. The goal was to become the top choice for referrals from professional resources and the community at large.
